Don and I used to spend several weeks each summer at Boothbay Harbor in Maine. Fabulous in the summer months for its perfect weather, great harbors and wonderful old world paintable boats, I spent most of my time painting on location. It would be easy to get lost in the moment. If I could only figure out how to tell the moving boats to stay still.
