Let me recap 2011 before I give you the latest news about our
future plans. Conducted four workshops (two in Jacksonville, FL,
one in Greenville, SC and one in Atlanta, GA), created two
additional instructional DVDs (now a total of three available -
painting the figure, still life and interior), had five book signing
events, gave two presentations on art and gardens, spent a
month in California on a project - garden design and interior
design and painted in France for three months.
Now the new news...Don and I are going to fullfill a twenty year
dream and permanently move to France. We have spent much
time in Provence, like it very much, and will move there. More
specifically in the Luberon area north of Aix En Provence.We are
going to lease for a year to give us the opportunity to decide the
exact location. Needless to say we are very excited about this
next venture. Nothing will change as it relates to my painting and
representation by the fine agents and galleries here in the USA. I
will be returning to conduct workshops, visit family (especially
grandchildren) and friends. I will be conducting workshops in
France once we get settled and will keep you posted as to
schedules.
